Getting to Know Me...

I think I had probably better start off with a small 'getting to know me' post, just in case any scrolls down or wants to know more about the person writing the gibberish I no doubt will.
I am:

• Into crafty pursuits, and make lots of little bits and bobs.
• A fan of food (but mostly plain stuff). I try to cook, but have not branched out that far yet. I can, however, bake.
• A student, wanting to be a primary teacher.
• Someone who loves to be helpful, or at least tries to be whenever I can.
• A book lover. Reading and writing are cathartic to me and a lovely escape for a little while.
• Quiet, shy, reserved: however you want to put it. Those who know me well probably wish they could shut me up half the time though.
• A photo-aholic. I take my camera most places and love capturing those memories.
• A good listener. In fact, I sometimes like to sit back and just listen or observe.
• A fan of brackets (sometimes too much).
• Into pretty things. Maybe I spend too much on postcards, little ornaments and things to brighten up the place, but I like my house to be a home.
• A procrastinator- although, for once, I am not meant to be doing anything right now.
• In my early twenties, but much younger at heart and with 'a mature head on my shoulders'.
• Reliable, in the sense I am trustworthy and will always be there, but not always the fastest person around. This blog will probably have massive amounts of posts sometimes, and then none for quite a while. I am accepting of that.
• A little odd occassionally (Ok, maybe more than that )- but just me.

Hopefully that s enough and may give you an insight in what I will be posting. Photos, things I find and like, things I make or bake and just general ponderings.
